While Laravel performs excellently on cloud servers with SSH access, we need a solution for budget-conscious customers migrating to shared hosting—one that eliminates dependency on command-line operations for migration and setup. Since shared hosting typically doesn't provide SSH access, we need a Laravel-like framework solution that allows users to easily deploy and update their projects without requiring command-line operations.

1. Zero-command deployment (works via FTP/cPanel)
2. Web-based updates (no terminal required)
3. Built-in migration tools (GUI-driven, not CLI-dependent)
