Update tables to replace "Measure" with "Field" (or column?)

The tables generated in the DRR have the heading "Measure". But it's hard to think of something like a scientific name as a measure. Other places we refer to these as either 'fields' or 'columns'. I would suggest updating these tables to say "Field" rather than "Measure".
