I would like to see PHP Compatibility check for PHP_CodeSniffer integrated in service-cli container.

It is useful to validate the code compatibility with PHP7.x on old projects which worked on PHP5.x before.

@vaza18 can this exist as a project level dependency or does it have to be installed globally?

Hi @lmakarov . Yes, it can. I install it on a project level now. But theoretically it can be useful for all projects which are going to work on PHP7
