Make sure docksal/cli:php7.x versions tags are updated during image pushes to Docker Hub.

The following tags should be identical when released:

  • docksal/cli:<stability-major-minor-version>-php7.x
  • docksal/cli:<stability-major-version>-php7.x
  • docksal/cli:php7.x

Note: For now, I've manually updated docksal/cli:php5.6 and docksal/cli:php7.x tags to match the recently released v2.6 images.
