while doing
sudo docker pull dockerfile/mongodb

this output is given:
Pulling repository dockerfile/mongodb
HTTP code: 404

I suppose it has been deprecated.
Please use https://hub.docker.com/_/mongo/
or do

docker pull mongo

This project is no longer alive... Rather this one seems latest - https://github.com/docker-library/mongo
