Not sure on postgres, it has a mailing list and so flows differently. We may have to adjust the script later.

Since it's autogenerated, I'd vote we just not worry about it for these files, and only worry about it for the files we actually touch/edit (with the exception of links where necessary to make sure they render correctly, since the final rendering is really what's most important at the end of the day, as I discussed with @fredlf earlier today).
