Current MControlCenter release doesn't make use of the msi-ec driver, and after building and testing from source for a few months i'm certain that a new release with this functionality wouldn't hurt.
The reason for opening this issue is that we are planning on updating the README.md of the msi-ec driver to recommend users to install MControlCenter. however, it requires building from source which can be a problem for some people and might discourage others from trying it out.
By releasing a new version, the list of supported devices basically becomes the same, which might require an update for the README.md of MControlCenter, and i'm more than willing to help.
