Hiding the view leaves an image the background

Hi,

I just ran into a problem, in my app i open a dialog where the user can either scan the qr/barcode or wirte the ID of the person. The thing is the user has a checbox to enable or disable the Scanner which shows or hides it and when it's hidden it leaves a portion of the last frame of the camera behind my dialog. I'm not pretty sure what's happening, i need some help on this one.
