autogen.sh error ocurres in SUSE!which library i need?

PS：this error occures in suse11，i have installed m4、libtool、autoconf、autoreconf、automake，who knows the reason？please help

Sorry for the delay in getting to this issue. The debchange: command not found can be safely ignored.

I'm not sure sure on the others configure.ac errors, I would examine the source dependencies of other existing SUSE packages and grep through the m4 libraries installed on your system. Perhaps you could find more useful help on the SUSE mailing list?
