Showing double-chevron in sortable column header

I'm trying to get a sortable column's double chevron to show in column headers (like in the default active admin theme), but I'm currently unable to figure out the reason why it is not showing. I have tried tweaking the sortable class in scss but no success yet. Could I please get any hints on how to go about it?

@shirshendu That's not supported in this theme currently. I'd welcome a PR to add it though. Just be aware that we're not currently using any font icons. I think it's safe to use unicode characters though. We could use ⇅ for unsorted, ↓ for descending and ↑ for ascending
