if anyone is interested, the arm build can be found at 'echowuhao/tiddlywiki_arm'

after setting docker buildx following, https://engineering.docker.com/2019/06/getting-started-with-docker-for-arm-on-linux/

docker buildx build --platform linux/arm64 --push -t echowuhao/tiddlywiki_arm .

so, i can install tiddlywiki in a tiny arm server(very low power) and connect it to home router.

thanks for everyone making the amazing thing happens.
