Link headers in pagination.

How can I implement easily in this package link headers for pagination objects?

Can you explain a bit more please. Perhaps you need to look into Fractal,
it handles the generation of pagination links.

Attempting to implement this right now, and I'm not sure if there is a way for Dingo/Api to do this. I say this because Fractal supports custom serializers now, which means the pagination data could be under the an array key of meta.pagination or meta.cursor, to stuff.ponies or stuff.wobblies. If the Fractal serializers had the functions getMetaKey, setMetaKey, getPaginationKey, setPaginationKey, getCursorKey, setCursorKey, it would be more do-able, since then it would be as simple as:

1. Is Fractal being used for Transforming?
2. If so, does the response content have getMetaKey()
3. If so, does the response content have getPaginationKey or getMetaKey
4. If so, get prev and next links, and set the Links header on the response

Something that you could do in the meantime, is something like this:

Route::get('users', function() {
    $users = Users::paginate();
    $response = $this->response->withPaginator(new PaginatorInterface($users), new UsersTransformer);

    $response->header('Link', '<' . $users->getUrl($users->getCurrentPage() + 1) . '>; rel="next"');
    return $response;
});

I'll admit that looks ugly as all get out, but literally just came up with this off the top of my head, I've never actually used the Link header before.

That would make code bulky adding that everywhere. Could be done in the ResponseBuilder withPaginator method.

I tried implementing the solution by @hskrasek but it alsways throws an error:

Could not instantiate "PaginatorInterface". Any Idea about this issue?

@alwaysanirudh I wrote that in a hurry, chances are you need to include the PaginatorInterface class from Fractal at the top of your class.

And I agree @bweston92, I knew it was ugly, just a quick "Hey this might work". If I get the time, I'll try to PR this. Not sure if this should be an "always on", "change config value, get Link header", or "another ResponseBuilder method" type thing.
