Identify slowdowns related to a specific group of spans (e.g db, machine, tables etc)

Why are we building this?
Sometimes noticing that a specific span is slowing down or experiencing performance issues can be just a distraction if the underlying cause is wider. For example, the issue can be related to all database spans slowing down because of an issue, all spans using a specific table (because of indexing issues), all spans on a specific machine etc.

What are we building?
Ability to identify these groups are behaving in the same way and create a relevant insight to indicate what is happening
