🎯 Overview

Welcome to the AI + Design Fundamentals Workshop, a 3-day hands-on experience using Replicate to explore generative models and build interactive visual prototypes. You’ll learn how to use state-of-the-art models (image, text, audio, and video), structure prompts for design outcomes, integrate models into small tools, and ship lightweight prototypes.

Target Audience: Art and design students (graphic, UX, product design)
Duration: 2 days
Group Size: 10-15 students
Focus: Hands-on practical creation with gamification elements

📅 Workshop Structure

Day 1: Foundations — Replicate, Models, Prompting

• Intro talk (AI in creative practice, ethics, bias)
• First images (prompt craft basics)
• Chaining 101 (Generate → Remove BG → Upscale → Stylize)
• 🎮 Game: Artistic Telephone (class‑wide)
• 🖼️ Mini‑gallery build

Day 2: Audio/Video + Strategy Play + Showcase

• Audio mini‑play (short loops, mood‑driven)
• Video mini‑play (2–4s clips, simple motion)
• 🎮 Game: Prompt Battle Royale (concept + constraints + remix)
• 🖼️ “Audio‑Visual Postcard” mini‑project + show & tell
