Show confirmation when a credential is resent

**Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.**
When choosing to resend a credential, there is no feedback that the dashboard did anything. It does seem to work but there's no way to know that from the UI. 

**Describe the solution you'd like**
It may be helpful to add a simple pop-up that asks the user if they would like to resend to [email] and submit button.
