Move Headline to nirvana

Hi,
if you move a headline in agenda view using 'm' and don't enter anything but just hit return. Then the headline is lost or at least I don't know where it is.

Steps to reproduce:

• Create new todo (gCt)
• Open agenda view (gAa)
• Move freshly created todo (m)
• Don't enter anything, just press ESC
• Close and open agenda view

Expected result:
Todo should remain in refile

Actual result:
Todo whether in agenda nor in refile nor in any other file.

Hi thanks for reporting this, looks like I missed this issue. This is not correct behavior, will try to fix this.
