Fix long-click menu and disable ordering in all apps drawer

Removed setupItemTouchHelper from DrawFragment.kt. This disables drag-and-drop reordering in the "all apps" drawer, which was interfering with the long-click context menu. This ensures the long-click menu works as expected.
