I have noticed that ontologies that have duplicate ids produce errors due to the OWL API. For example: http://www.w3.org/ns/prov
This works with LODE fine: http://150.146.207.114/lode/extract?url=+http%3A%2F%2Fwww.w3.org%2Fns%2Fprov&lang=en

It turns out prov defines multiple times different ontologies with the same id, which is incorrect. It would be nice to detect these errors though.
