Implement additional writer for DATATABLES #258

As a developer, I want be able to see the contents of DATATABLES which are created by the SQL scripts, so that I can debug my code.

For that an additional "GenericExcelWriter" shall be implemented which writes the DATATABLES defined in the config to a excel file.
