Sand and Red Sand overlays fight/overlap each other

Mods: Fabric API 0.96.4+1.20.4 and Continuity 3.0.0-beta4+1.20.2

Sand and Red Sand overlays seem to both have each other as inherited blocks. I recommend making sand match red sand only for overlays.

I will make new textures for these specific overlays and it should fix the issue.
