Hello! However, when you log out session (or this sometimes happens on WhatsApp, so you'll have to scan the QR code again) or remove the session, the database will be completely erased. We recommend using ChatWoot for your purpose. Basically, you run WAHA and ChatWoot, and it redirects all messages there. ChatWoot stores the entire chat, even when you remove/end the session in WAHA. Here is the documentation: |

Hi there,
Is there any built-in support to automatically log all incoming messages into a flat-file or database?
Context: We have a dedicated chat group with our high-tier customers with account managers and related parties all members of the group. There's no way for us to monitor discussions in these groups at that scale, nor can we integrate the chats into a view on the customer account. We want to have a bot join these groups to "record" the conversations (who, when, what) and reflect them in the customer's profile for transparency and auditing.
PS: I just discovered this project and have been reading through the documentation for the past few hours. Really excited about all the possibilities it promises!
