I’m using WAHA Plus connected to the Chatwoot app with a single number (one contact). Two conversations are being created in the same inbox.
My agent, connected through n8n, sends multiple messages to that number because two conversations are created and exist simultaneously in Chatwoot.
How can I fix this? This problem happens very frequently. When someone sends a message, WAHA creates two conversations in the same inbox at the same time.
Also, I have the “single conversation lock” enabled, but I still have the same problem.
