Woops, I installed the titiler metapackage

Hey all! I got really confused why I couldn't upgrade to the latest version of titiler as listed on GitHub releases because I'm really really bad at reading things 🫣

I figured out eventually that I need to depend on the specific titiler.core and titiler.xarray packages.

What do y'all think about adding prominent warnings to pypi, the README, and the docs, about the metapackage? e.g.:

Important

Do not install the titiler package; this is a deprecated metapackage. RTFM ( 😐 that means you, Matt)

Happy to open a PR if you think this would be useful as well.
