Contributor Covenant Code of Conduct for BCA VBU 2023 Assignment Repository

Our Pledge

We, as members, contributors, and collaborators of the BCA VBU 2023 Assignment community, pledge to create an inclusive and respectful environment. Our commitment is to ensure that every individual, regardless of their background, feels welcome and valued within this space. We recognize the diversity of our contributors and aim to foster a community that is free from harassment and discrimination.

Our Standards

To maintain a positive and constructive atmosphere, we encourage behaviors that align with our shared values:

  • Kindness and Empathy: Treat others with kindness and empathy. Our interactions should uplift and support each other.
  • Respectful Discussions: Engage in discussions with respect for differing opinions and perspectives. Disagreements can be valuable when handled constructively.
  • Constructive Feedback: Provide and receive feedback in a constructive and helpful manner. We learn from each other's insights.
  • Accountability: Take responsibility for your actions and their impact on others. If you make a mistake, own up to it and learn from it.
  • Community Well-being: Focus on the well-being of the community as a whole. Strive to make decisions that benefit everyone.

Examples of Unacceptable Behavior

While we encourage open dialogue and diverse viewpoints, certain behaviors are unacceptable within our community:

  • Harassment and Discrimination: Any form of harassment, discrimination, or offensive behavior is strictly prohibited.
  • Inappropriate Language: The use of inappropriate or offensive language is not tolerated.
  • Personal Attacks: Engaging in personal attacks, insults, or derogatory comments is unacceptable.
  • Violation of Privacy: Sharing personal information without explicit permission is not allowed.
  • Unprofessional Conduct: Any behavior that is considered inappropriate in a professional setting is unacceptable here.

Enforcement Responsibilities

The administrators and maintainers of the BCA VBU 2023 Assignment repository are responsible for enforcing the standards outlined in this Code of Conduct. They have the authority to take appropriate action in response to any behavior that violates these standards.

Scope

This Code of Conduct applies to all interactions within the BCA VBU 2023 Assignment community, including discussions, comments, code contributions, and other collaborative activities. It also extends to behavior exhibited when representing the community outside official spaces.

Consequences

In cases of violation of the Code of Conduct, the following consequences may be applied:

  2. Warning: A formal warning for a single or series of violations.
  3. Temporary Ban: A temporary ban from interactions within the community.
  4. Permanent Ban: A permanent ban from community interactions for severe or repeated violations.
