WebAssembly (WASM) Support

When building a Flutter web app with WebAssembly (WASM) support, you may encounter some limitations regarding the optimization levels. Level 3 and 4 are not supported for WASM builds.

flutter build web --release --wasm --optimization-level 3 # not supported
flutter build web --release --wasm --optimization-level 4 # not supported
