array containing multiple strings

Is there a way to create a fetch query that returns only the items in which the list contains at least all strings provided in the query?

data in the Base:

await base.putMany([
  {
    "key": "item1",
    "list": [
      "test2",
    ]
  },
  {
    "key": "item2",
    "list": [
      "test1",
      "test2",
    ]
  },
  {
    "key": "item3",
    "list": [
      "test1",
      "test2",
      "test3",
    ]
  },
]);

query that would look somewhat like this:

await base.fetch({
  "list?contains": [ "test1", "test2" ],
});

and would return item2 and item3.

Of course this syntax does not work, but is there a way to do this?
