Make tagging of entities a piece of cake.

Using Composer:
composer require dereuromark/cakephp-tags
Load the plugin:
bin/cake plugin load Tags
Also don't forget to run migration (e.g. using Migrations plugin):
bin/cake migrations migrate -p Tags

The plugin ships with an admin backend under the Admin prefix at /admin/tags.
