Support for manifest.json in home assistant

Feature description

Looking for dependabot to catch requirements listed in manifest.json downloaded via pip. With home assistant being one of the largest open source projects I suspect these requirements are scattered across github.

An example file that is where I am interested. This path will be the same all custom components. It will be similar for the main home assistant repo. https://github.com/fuatakgun/kia_uvo/blob/v2.0/custom_components/kia_uvo/manifest.json
