Running svelte lsp with deno as the runtime

Installing with:

deno install -g npm:svelte-language-server

and running with:

svelteserver

leads to the allow list verification, which is expected, but even when configured with -ER for the env and fs reads, it still prompts for the allow list. Even with -A it still prompts. Due to this, I cannot figure out how I am supposed to allow my editor to start it up.

Am I doing something wrong? Or is this an unintended use case?

Any help would be appreciated, as im trying to move to deno in place of as many other tools as possible.
