AppIcon doesn't work

Just thought I'd throw this here - I know you're not bothering with this repo any more, but in case anyone else sees this - .AppIcon doesn't work at all and there's no change to the icon, use a different lib - there's this hack though: julienXX/terminal-notifier#131 (comment).

Thanks, yes this library has long been unmaintained and there are likely better ways to do this.
