This might not be the correct way to fix the issue. For windows, the dimensions are perfectly aligned.

I think the issue is not with the windows, but the iced app. The app itself isn't scaling properly.

On windows (without a retina screen) the scale factor is 1 so it does not change anything. Also i really doubt the issue is in Iced, i never had any issue related to retina screen or scaling and i'm far to be alone to use it on a mac.

It still works perfectly on Windows.

Test it with windows scaled to 200%. This might be working because the scale is still 100%.
