Fix: Use better Anime metadata engine.

Issues:

• Posters don't load properly, or are inaccurate
• Reliance on Kitsu is bad, as it's not great for a vast amount of data, especially older or less known shows and movies.
• Bad metadata due to Kitsu
• Bad naming (Animes have lots of different names, english, kanji, japanese, and other languages)

Proposal:

Use https://search-api.torbox.app for metadata. It's basically drag and drop and has data from all the most popular anime databases and more. Docs can be found here.

OR

Use Jikan for anime data. Not the best around, but doesn't rely on TorBox for data, and data comes from MyAnimeList (the biggest anime database). Docs can be found here.
