pyodbc generated wheels for linux and inadvertently introduced very old, potentially insecure versions of libodbc.so and libltdl.so onto various Linux distros.

mkleehammer/pyodbc#1082

dbt-spark should pin to pyodbc==4.0.32 until such a time as 4.0.35 or greater is released to address the above.
