- This portfolio is intended to demonstrate my strengths in building comprehensive, sensitised financial models, conducting valuation analysis, and structuring complex transactions. All models are interactive and available for review through the live viewer or direct download.
This collection includes integrated financial models covering the full spectrum of corporate finance and investment analysis:
- Integrated Financial Modeling: All models integrated with dynamic scenarios and cross-model linkage.
- Valuation Methodologies: DCF (multiples and perpetuity), SOTP, rNPV, and comparable company/precedent transaction analyses.
- Deal Structuring: M&A accretion/dilution, LBO modeling, and capital market transactions.
- Investment Analysis: Long and short investment proposals with thesis development.
The live viewer provides a read-only, browser-based experience for exploring models:
- Access the Viewer: Click "Open Live Viewer" above.
- Select a Workbook: Choose from available financial models.
- Navigate Sheets: Start with "Summary" or "Valuation" sheets for overviews.
- Explore Scenarios: Toggle between Bear, Central, and Bull case scenarios.
- Inspect Details: Use the formula inspector to examine underlying calculations.
- Share Views: Generate shareable links for specific model views.
Note: The online viewer is read-only for inputs. Scenario switching is available, but all other modifications require downloading the Excel files.
- All models are available for direct download below. Files can be opened in Excel for full editing capabilities and deeper analysis.
- All files are dependent on the three statement model to run, it is recommended to download the models as a complete zip file (unimplemented).
