Getting started with the ACK

Hello folks,

I've been looking at the ACK from a distance, as the semester has had me busy. While it's not over, I couldn't hold back, so I'm making a very slow start. I've installed MSYS2 along with the tools that I've seen listed in the docs, cloned the latest ACK files, and started poking about. I'll probably build some simple programs with MSYS2 to convince myself that the install is solid. I don't anything to report quite yet, other than, "hello"
