Tetris (GB) Disassembly compatible with RGBDS (Tested)
Download Cygwin: setup-x86_64.exe for 64-bit Windows, setup-x86.exe for 32-bit.
(Note that installing MSYS2 works as well but requires different set up steps)
Run setup and leave the default settings. At "Select Packages", choose to install the following:
make
git
gcc-core
In the Cygwin terminal, enter these commands:
git clone https://github.com/davFaithid/tetris-disassembly
cd tetris-disassembly
Then download rgbds: the latest win64 or win32 release. Extract it and put all the exe
and dll
files in a folder called bin in tetris-disassembly
.
Then:
make
As an experiment, I am trying to make a 3DS VC version too utilizing similar assets to this awesome program Feel free to test it, it is not fully supported yet but hopefully it soon will be. It now requires 3dstool and makerom and the command for 3DS version is
make 3ds
and should produce Tetris.cia
and feel free to test in Citra, vvctre, or on console.
Be sure to check out osnr's disassembly of tetris (which is slightly different.)
