Remove aitools

Deleted the entire .aitools/module directory, including all PowerShell scripts for AppVeyor integration, AI tool invocation, and autofix logic. Also removed related configuration, environment, and documentation files from .aitools. This cleans up legacy or unused AI automation tooling from the repository.
