Use Individual licence locally in Docker container

I didn't manage to find an answer in one the existing threads: We have a team of developers. Is it possible to use the "Individual" licence () by hosting Seq within a Docker container on each developer's machine?

I am asking as the FAQ points that running "the Docker container" counts as "server install". But "server install" is not mentioned in the "Individual" licence overview. It seems to me that this description is a bit confusing - not only for me but in other threads also.

Hi! Developers can run Seq locally under the Individual license. The "server installs" terminology effectively sets out how many servers you can use your paid Seq subscription on. Hence, this doesn't apply to the unpaid Individual license.
