Closes #334
Adds a section 'Shortcuts: Moving to the start or end of a command' under 'Shortcut: Tab Completion' in episode 1 to give a brief demonstration of the CTRL+A and CTRL+E keyboard shortcuts for moving to the start/end of a command as it is being typed.
