Additional Information

dash#6570 and dash#6755 were merged into develop in that order, neither conflicting with the other. Unfortunately, as dash#6570 updated the arguments list for SetupDescriptorScriptPubKeyMans(), dash#6755 introduced new usage based on the older argument list and as it was new code, it was not registered as a conflict but has caused develop to fail (build).

This pull request remedies that issue.

Walkthrough

The test case minimum_inputs_test within coinselector_tests.cpp was updated to change the way SetupDescriptorScriptPubKeyMans is called. Previously, the method was invoked without any arguments; it is now called with two empty string arguments ("", ""). No other modifications were made to the logic, control flow, or error handling in the test or related code. No changes were made to any declarations of exported or public entities.

Learning: In the test framework consolidation PR (#6718), user kwvg prefers to limit functional changes to those directly related to MasternodeInfo, avoiding scope creep even for minor improvements like error handling consistency.

Learning: The `GetWallet()` function calls in `src/wallet/rpcwallet.cpp` are properly validated with null checks that throw appropriate RPC errors, making additional validation unnecessary.

928-929: No remaining zero-arg SetupDescriptorScriptPubKeyMans calls
A repo-wide grep confirms all invocations now use the two-arg signature (empty-string or mnemonic variants), and no zero-argument calls remain.
