Describe the problem

The documentation talks about a @redeclare annotation, but unlike @override, the @redeclare annotation is not defined in the dart language itself. Instead it is defined in a separate package called meta, but this isn't mentioned anywhere in the documentation, so if someone wants to use a @redeclare annotation it is unclear how to do so.

Expected fix

Mention that using @redeclare requires you to import the meta library.
