Offer and link to an official Discord server

What information is missing?

Hi,
Flutter has an official Discord server.
So should Dart, right?
I'm asking for an official server, because the unofficial servers have little to nobody online...
This change can, hopefully, grow the interest in the language.

How would you like us to fix this problem?

It would be awesome if the https://dart.dev/community page had a permanent Discord server invite link under "Communities".

Hey @Wdestroier, I would also like to see a more active Discord for the Dart community, as you've seen by my creation of The Unofficial Dart Community Discord.

I can't speak to the Dart team's stance on an official Discord for Dart developers and the community, but at least for the unofficial Discord, if it gets enough traction I believe we can explore linking to it from the community page.

If you have any ideas on increasing engagement or spreading the word of the community, I'd be happy to hear and discuss further here or on Discord.

This server is great indeed.
I'm not much of a marketeer myself, but to increase engagement I believe that they need to make it official... like the Flutter Discord.
