What information is missing?

@bwilkerson wrote a blog post about diagnostic messages. @mit-mit would like the post's content summarized in its own page on this site, under the Static analysis topic (probably above Customizing static analysis).

How would you like us to fix this problem?

I think the suggested position in the menu makes sense. 👍

Just as a note, this would be great to link to from the top of https://dart.dev/tools/diagnostic-messages as well but that would have to be done on the SDK side.
