Today, when you try and use wildcards and you don't have a compatible SDK constraint you get an unhelpful duplicate definition warning. A more targeted one, telling you to bump your SDK constraints would be way better. (See for example: SDK_VERSION_CONSTRUCTOR_TEAROFFS.)
