Completion does not suggest onOpen

The following code doesn't provide the "onOpen" method as an autocomplete option for the last line:

  wsHandler.on

Only lists onComplete.

WebSocket defines onOpen, which is suggested when wsHandler is a Future.
Future defines onComplete, which is suggested wen wsHandler is a WebSocket.
The suggestions for Dynamic type depend on the libraries that have been imported, but with dart:html you get both onOpen and onComplete.
