The only non-lint related change is the change to tool/grind.dart to use a separate analysis_options.yaml file for presubmits so that deprecation warnings are allowed. I tried to make the code changes as mechanical as possible -- Alt-Enter except in the places where that didn't work.
This will also prevent lint errors from being introduced in the future.
