Update all Fireteam documentation to reflect recent architectural changes, including the new memory system, comprehensive testing, and SDK integration.
The project underwent significant updates since commit
54d06f78a153bb28c377abb43e9f4b8f7f1a676a, which necessitated a comprehensive documentation overhaul. Key changes include moving all source code to/src, integrating a new memory system, adding 165 tests with CI/CD, adoptingANTHROPIC_API_KEYfor authentication, and switching to theclaude-agent-sdk. This PR ensures all documentation is current and passes Mintlify validation.
