Document/Clarify Blocks/Lambdas

There are some references to lambdas, but their relation to blocks is unclear from docs alone.
Keyboard shortcuts within the editor also provide hints of starting a lambda, but similarly do not mention Blocks.

Perhaps the thing to do here is to remove the use of the word Block anywhere (might be challenging though)
