[BUG REPORT] tag and category pages break links to static pages

Describe the bug
If you click on a tag or on a category on this page all menu entries to static pages break, like so:

incorrect: https://yoursite.domain/tag/privacy
incorrect: https://yoursite.domain/category/privacy

To Reproduce
Have static pages in a menu and click on a tag or a category

Expected behavior
On pages listing tags or categories, the menu should not be affected, like so:

correct: https://yoursite.domain/privacy
correct: https://yoursite.domain/privacy
