A little birdy told me today that Unicode 13.0, due 2020-03-10, will include the ITU T.100 and ITU T.101 2/3 block drawing symbols, which we ought put to immediate use.

https://www.unicode.org/versions/Unicode13.0.0/ "214 graphic characters that provide compatibility with various home computers from the mid-1970s to the mid-1980s and with early teletext broadcasting standards." exxxxxcellent

Yeah, a few here look useful. We ought also add this block to the uniblocks demo.

Ooooh some of these could be very nice for #511 and #356 ...

the perimeter lines could draw a nice new type of box.

other than that, it looks like the first few rows could give us a very nice 3x2 blitter.

These aren't yet in at least Hack. They're covered in uniblock already, but don't show up. I don't think the time is yet right to rely on any of these; let's give 'em some time.

whoever first does something really cool with the glyphs between 1fb3c and 1fb6f will rule the character graphics galaxy. hrmm, let's see if we can't find some old demos from whatever actually used this character set.

also, hot damn! 1fb82 through 1fb8b give us the missing upper and right 3/8, 5/8, and 7/8 blocks! that means true transparency for both sides of the 4x1 and 8x1 blitters, huzzah! it also adds a bunch of cases we need check to #1068, fml!

OK, I'm not sure what else we would want to do with these, beyond the SEXBLITTER. I dig 'em. Let's close this.
